Materials, sizes & pricing
What material are prints made from?
We print in durable, kid-safe PLA plastic in a range of bright colors — the same material used in most home 3D printers, safe for everyday play.
What sizes are available?
Most designs come in small, medium, and large sizes, shown right on the product page. Bigger prints take more time and material, so they cost a little more.
How much does a print cost?
Pricing depends on the size and complexity of the design. The price updates as you choose options, so you'll always know the total before adding anything to your cart.
Turnaround & shipping
How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders are printed within a few days of being approved, then shipped right away. We'll keep you posted with updates as your order moves along.
Do you ship outside the local area?
We ship anywhere — just enter your address at checkout and we'll take care of the rest.
Can I track my order?
Yes — use the "Track your order" link in the footer to check on your order's status anytime.
File formats & drawing tips
What file formats do you accept?
For drawings, a clear photo or scan (JPG or PNG) works great. For 3D models, we accept STL and OBJ files. For print-ready files, we accept 3MF.
What makes a drawing print well?
Bold outlines, simple shapes, and good lighting in the photo all help a lot. Check out our printing guide below for more tips.
What if my drawing or file needs some changes first?
No problem — we'll review it after you submit it, and reach out if we have questions before we start printing.
Custom orders & returns
I have something specific in mind — can you make it?
Absolutely. Use the "Something custom" option in the shop to tell us what you're picturing, and we'll get back to you.
What if something arrives damaged or not as expected?
Reach out to us right away with photos of the issue and your order details, and we'll make it right.
Can I order the same design again?
Yes — just place a new order, or mention your original order when you reach out and we can point you in the right direction.

Good lighting, no shadows, and the drawing filling the frame works best.

We turn your drawing into a 3D design and show you a preview first.
