We are committed to protecting your personal information and to complying with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

When you use our website or place an order, we may collect the following:

• Delivery address — your physical address for shipping
• Design files — drawings, images, or 3D model files you upload to create your print
• Payment information — your payment is processed by PayFast. We do not store your card details. We receive confirmation of payment and the order total.
• Usage and analytics data — pages visited, device type, and browser information, collected via Google Analytics (only if you consent to cookies)

We use your personal information to:

• Process and fulfil your order
• Communicate order status updates and shipping information
• Coordinate delivery with our courier partners
• Convert your uploaded design into a 3D-printable model using our AI processing service
• Respond to enquiries and provide customer support
• Improve our website and services (analytics, with consent only)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

To deliver our service, we share your information with the following trusted third parties:

• Cloud infrastructure — we use secure cloud services to store your order details, account information, and uploaded design files.
• AI design processing — your uploaded drawing or image is processed by an AI service to convert it into a 3D printable format.
• Payment processing — your payment is handled by PayFast, a South African payment gateway. We do not receive or store your card details.
• Delivery partners — your name and delivery address are shared with our courier partners to fulfil your order.
• Website analytics — if you consent to cookies, anonymised usage data is collected to help us improve our website.
• Email communications — we use an email delivery service to send you order confirmations and status updates.

All service providers are contractually required to handle your personal information securely and only for the purposes we specify. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

Our website uses cookies in two ways:

• Functional cookies — used to remember your shopping cart and session. These are essential for the site to work and are not subject to consent.
• Analytics cookies— used by Google Analytics to track page views and site usage. These are only loaded if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.

We retain your order and contact data for 7 years from the date of your order, as required by the South African Companies Act and SARS regulations for financial record-keeping.

Uploaded design files (drawings, 3D models) are retained for the duration of your order and for 12 months thereafter, then permanently deleted.

Analytics data is retained subject to Google Analytics' own data retention settings (default: 14 months).

As a data subject under POPIA, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations
• Object — object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances
• Lodge a complaint — you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment processing is handled entirely by PayFast and we never receive or store your card details.
